This policy explains how HAYZAR LLC ("we") handles personal data when you use CloneAds.
What we collect
- Account data: name and email address. We do not store passwords: you sign in with a one-time link sent to your email.
- Content you provide: files, text and prompts you submit to generate results.
- Billing data: handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Usage data: pages visited, the link or campaign that brought you to us, device and browser information, IP address.
Why we use it
To provide and improve the service, process payments, send transactional emails (account, receipts, security), prevent abuse, and understand which channels bring us users.
Service providers
We share data only with providers that help us run CloneAds:
- Stripe (payments)
- UploadThing (file storage)
- Resend (transactional email)
- Vercel (hosting)
- Neon (database)
- AI model providers used to generate your content
We do not sell your personal data.
Retention
We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where we must keep it for legal or accounting reasons.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your data by contacting razarmel@gmail.com. Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK or California), you may have additional rights, including the right to object to processing and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and a first-party cookie to remember how you found us. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
